丁二烯螺杆压缩机的生产工艺要求

丁二烯螺杆压缩机作为丁二烯抽提装置中的关键设备,相比常规工艺气螺杆压缩机,具有以下特殊要求:
(1)根据丁二烯的生产工艺要求,在此压缩环节中,丁二烯混合介质不能受到其他物质的污染。因此不能利用在压缩过程中喷液来降低温度,只能采用干式压缩形式。
(2)丁二烯由于是含碳碳双键的不饱和烃,化学性质活泼,温度超过80℃容易发生自聚,影响介质气纯度,造成压缩机转子粘连和消声器堵塞,因此要求丁二烯压缩机排气温度低于80℃。
(3)丁二烯产生的自聚物对机械密封端面及O型圈产生破坏,因此,其轴封系统要求较高。
